Terrace house. c. 1732. Brown brick, slate roof. 3 storeys,
basement and dormered mansard. 5 windows wide. Square piered
stucco porch,with entablature,off centre to left. Recessed sash
windows, no glazing bars, under flat gauged arches and
with similar dressings. 1st floor plat band and moulded stone
cornice below parapet with coping. Cast iron area railings,
C.19. Interior has had some early and mid C19 alteration but
retains substantial elements of original panelling and doorcases
etc; front compartment open string staircase with deeply carved
brackets to tread ends although balustrade appears to be early C19
modification.
