Terrace house. 1735-36. Red brick, slate roof. 3 storeys and dormered mansard. 2
windows wide. Ground floor has mid C20 shop front. Upper floors have recessed
glazing bar sashes in mid C19 stucco architraves. Parapet with coping. Interior
features remaining include dog leg staircase with turned balusters, partly boxed in,
and plain panelling. Important group value with No. 28 and adjoining No. 86 Dean
Street.
