In 2 parts, southern late C18, and northern C19, facades. Painted brick with slate
roofs. Southern of 3 storeys. 3 windows, centre blank, outer 1st floor with 3
light sashes, 1st and 2nd floor windows with glazing bars, ground floor with late
C19 glazing. Small ground floor canted bay with frieze and dentil cornice. Modern
glazing. Northern part of 2 storeys. 2 windows, sashes with segmental arches and
late C19 glazing, ground floor window flanked by 2 smaller sashes. Door with cornice,
pilasters and rectangular fanlight.

All the listed buildings in Burton Street form a group of which Nos 24 to 36 (even)
are of local interest.
