House. Initialled and dated " M . Punch-dressed stone, Welsh blue-slate roof.

2-cell plan. 2 storeys, 2 first-floor windows. Ashlar quoins. Central doorway
has raised surround and overlight with date plaque above. To left, tall narrow
window with same above. To right, larger rectangular window with same above.
All openings have raised plain stone surrounds, windows with C20 small-pane
casements. Coped gable to right with kneelers and ashlar stack. Stack to left
gable. Rear: blind except for doorway to right with deep lintel and small
window above. Right-hand return, gable-on to street, has window to right end
with raised surround and same above.
