Detached house. Earlier C19. Ham stone ashlar; very shallow pitched roof, not visible, behind parapets: brick chimney
stacks. Double roof plan; 2 storeys, 3 bays. Plinth, band course, plain parapets with moulded copings; large pane sash
windows, 12-pane below and 9-pane above, in plain openings with false keystones; to lower bay 2 a semi-circular arched
recess, also semi-circular on plan, with attached fluted Doric columns to sides; framing a part glazed door up 3 steps.
south elevation to match, but with smaller recess for doorway. Between the roofs a belvedere or observatory tower.
Interior not seen, but window shutters suggest Regency details.
