Former agricultural building now commercial. Probably mid C19, remodelled
mid to late C20. Coursed rubble with ashlar dressings; clay tile roof
with coped verges. 1 storey; 2 windows; mullioned of 2 lights with
central flat faced mullion and top opening windows; central 2-leaved
glazed door. South gable has a 3-light flat faced mullioned window with
top opening lights. Lower rubble outbuilding parallel to rear. Included
for group value in balancing a picturesque grouping of buildings.
