5 early-mid C19 linked pairs, each house 2 storeys and basement, 1 window in main
block, 1 in set back, stuccoed entrance link. Stock brick. Slated roof with pediment
like gable end to road. Gauged brick arches to replaced sash windows with glazing
bars in stucco lined reveals, round headed, in round arched stuccoed recess, on
ground floor. Four panel doors with patterned fanlights. Cast or wrought iron
area railings. Nos 6-7 have an extra blank central window.

Nos 1 to 4 (consec) and Nos 6 to 15 (consec) form a group with Nos 4 to 18 (even)
and Nos 5 to 23 (odd) Dericote Street.
