Early C19 with alterations, said to be the former coachhouse of No 20 Clapton Square
next door. 3 storeys, 2 windows, the right bay slightly set back. Stock brick
with stuccoed cornice and blocking course. Gauged flat brick arches to windows,
replaced sashes and one casement. At left a 2-storey later C19 canted bay. Door,
now half-glazed, has cornice head and plain fanlight in moulded architrave.

Nos 1 to 8 (consec) form a group with Nos 20 to 25 (consec) Clapton Square.
