Pair of houses and garden wall and gatepiers. Early-mid C19. Brick, stuccoed.
Roof concealed. 3 storeys and basement. No 12: 3 bays. Ground floor sill
band. Steps to central 4-panel door with divided overlight in pilastered
doorcase with segmental pediment. Tripartite sashes in architraves with sills
and pediments on consoles. 1st floor sill band. Sashes with horizontal glazing
bars in architraves with cornices. 2nd floor sill band. Sashes with glazing
bars. Modillioned overhanging eaves. Similar 5-bay front to No 2. Undergoing
restoration at time of inspection. Stucco front garden wall and gatepiers with
lintel.
