Farmhouse. C17. Rubble with Cotswold stone roof, rubble end chimneys. 2
storeys and attic. 2 gabled dormers. 3 windows with drips over, mullion
windows to 1st floor front and in N.E. gable; to front the outer windows
have 3-lights, the centre 2-light on 1st floor; on ground floor 4-light
C20 casements, central glazed C20 door with wooden lintel. Extension to
rear of 2 storeys and attic with single-storey converted stable range at
right-angles. Interior altered. (Now open) cross-passage with newel
stairs to rear, NE room has wood lintel to fireplace, SW room has cambered
stone head with edge-bead to fireplace; rear room has deep-chamfered beams
recently sawn back to allow head-room.
