Mill-house. Late C18. Ashlar front. Slate roof. 2 storeys; band over
ground floor, cornice and parapet. 3 windows, glazing-bar sashes with
keys in notional architraves (a bead carved into ashlar) on 1st floor.
Later pedimented sash with fanlight. Parallel ridges, and return with
curved ramped coping and parapet across valley.
