Mid C19 licensed commercial premises called The Grosvenor Hotel, converted into seperate units in the C20. Multi-coloured brick, 3 storeys and on an L-plan having 3 bays each range and a clipped corner. Roof hipped, slated, with 5 arcaded gault chimneys. Eaves corbelled, second and first floor bands. Each range has 3 round headed sashes on second storey and 3 square sashes with margin-bars on first storey. Window surrounds in gault brick. Ground storey has round-headed windows with circular wooden mullions and 2 round headed lights each; under projecting brick arches with moulded imposts.
