Terrace house with original shop. c1820. Stock brick, slate roof. 4 storeys.
2 windows wide. Ground floor shop front with wooden pilasters and dentil cornice
entablature incorporating square headed house and shop doorways to right with
fanlights - 6-panel house door and panelled and glazed door to shop. Upper
floors have recessed glazing bar sashes under segmental arches. Parapet with
coping. A redevelopment contemporary with that of Carnaby Street, c1820.
