Circa 1850. Two storeys, attic and basement. Italianate building in red brick with stucco dressings. Welsh slate roof. Chanelled rusticated ground floor. The main feature is a tower, the top floor rendered, three arcaded bays, the centre containing a window above a Venetian window on each face. Most other windows round-headed, with glazing bars. The doorway to the road has stucco pilasters and tall carved entablature. Radiating fanlight. To the side elevation the windows to the first floor have cornices and cills on tabs, to the ground floor the windows have round heads. The chimney stacks are panelled in stucco. Included for the townscape value of the tower.
