Early C19. Hammer dressed stone. (No 40 rendered). Pitched stone slate roof.
2 storeys. Moulded eaves cornice. Blocking course. Continuous 1st floor
sill. 6 sashes with glazing bars on 1st floor. Moulded cornice over ground
floor of Nos 42-48 (even). No 42 has door with oblong fanlight and glazing
bars. Passage entrance with semi-circular fanlight and moulded imposts. No
48 has contemporary shopfront with 4 Tuscan pilasters.
