TM 03 SW 4/41 Floral Dene
C17 house, timber-framed and plastered. Of 3 bays and 2 storeys forming an
L-plan by virtue of later additions. Roof ridged and gabled, thatched and with
a one bay rear lean-to at north-west. One red brick chimney near the return
and one flanking the end gable. One eyebrow dormer. Central door in C14 case
with sash windows each side. First floor intruded on clamps, bladed scarfs
forelock bolted, and reversed assembly at 2 central tie-beams.
