A late C16 house now forming a T-plan with oldest range aligned east-west and
a crosswing aligned north-south at the east end. Timber framed and plastered
with a range of 3 sets of 4 casements on both ground and first storeys. The
cross- wing is jettied at the south gable tie beam. The main chimney stack
of red brick flanks the centre of north wall. Roofs ridged and gabled clad
with pegtiles. This house has been much extended and renovated but contains
