C16 barn. Timber framed and black weatherboarded with aisles to east and west.
Thatched ridged, gabled, roof with 2 midstreys facing west, that to north-west
hipped. Frame much repaired, arch-braces in east aisle, and 'normal' assembly
at eaves. Scarfs bladed, one blade housed. Main posts jowled, with long swollen
jowls, cut straight. West wall may have been studded to full height. Valleys
pegtiled.
