Dated 1603 but refronted in C18. 2 storeys faced with flint with red brick dressings,
quoins and stringcourse. 2 hipped dormers. 2 sash windows with glazing bars intact
on the 1st floor. Modern shop front below. Beamed interior with inglenook fireplace.

All the listed buildings in Serene Place form a group with Nos 9, 11A, 11B and
15 High Street and Nos 3 to 5 (consec) Raglan Place.
