C18. This was formerly Cockleton Farmhouse. L-shaped. Front elevation built
of red brick on a base of stone rubble, the side elevations are of stone rubble.
Roof now covered in corrugated iron sheeting. Three casement windows with
cambered heads. Simple doorcase which has now lost its porch.
