Pair of semidetached villas. Circa 1840. Stucco. Low pitched slate roof to
eaves. 3 storeys, each 2 windows wide including outer recessed bays with round
headed entrances and panelled doors. Channelling to ground floor and segmental
bay window to centre bay of each house, with tripartite sashed windows and
cornices over. Openwork cast iron parapets to bays. Square headed windows with
pilastered surrounds and pediments to first floor centre bays. Second floor
windows square headed with architraves. Sashes,square glazing bars. Bracketed
eaves.
