Attached house. Dated 1703 by owner. Red Flemish bond brick
with a left-hand brick party wall stack and a right-hand tiled
valley roof.
PLAN: 2-room right-angle.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, basement and attic; 2-window range. A
full-width timber fascia with narrow triglyphs extends across
a canted 3-light bay with 8/8-pane and flanking 4/4-pane
sashes. Right-hand doorway has an architrave and steps up to a
late C20 door and narrow overlight, 2 horned 2/2-pane sashes
in flush frames and a bracketed eaves. Mid C20 dormer.
INTERIOR: contains fully-panelled ground-floor rooms with
cupboards either side of eared fire surrounds, cyma cornice,
moulded axial beams, rear right-hand stair with column-on-vase
balusters, uncut string, column newels and moulded rail. The
C18 bay window is an early example of its type.
