House, now offices. c1895, by Silcock and Reay. Limestone
ashlar with Welsh slate roof; coped gable ends and enriched
moulded stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; irregular fenestration with mostly
3-light mullion and transom windows, some with arched lights.
Moulded string courses. Semicircular-arched doorway with
Tuscan attached columns carrying entablature and broken
pediment; carved panelled door.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
