House, now a shop. Early C18; ground floor late C19. Limestone
ashlar, hipped double-Roman tile roof, no visible stacks.
Double-depth plan with later rear extensions.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; symmetrical 4-window range. 6/6-pane sash
windows with some crown glass and moulded architraves, short
to the 2nd floor, tall to the 1st floor which have C19
balconettes; cornice and blocking course; rusticated quoins
and moulded string course over 1st-floor windows. Ground floor
remodelled C19: chamfered rustication with a heavy console
keystone to a simple cornice over a full-width semi-elliptical
arch.
INTERIOR: not accessible. A fine C18 town house facade.
