House, now house and shop. c1790 with early C20 shop front,
extended in mid C20. Colourwashed brick; roof of black-glazed
pantiles with left of centre ridge stack and three gabled
dormers with 3-light casements.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and dormer attic; 3-window front. Ground
floor has plate-glass shop front to right of elevation,
extended into centre. Panelled door and a 3/3 unhorned sash to
left of elevation, both under segmental heads. Platband to
No.25 at first floor. Three 3/3 unhorned first-floor sashes
under square heads. Dentil eaves cornice. Right return masked
by screen wall of the adjacent Market Hall (qv).
INTERIOR: ground floor opened out as a shop.
