Cottage. Circa late C18 or early C19 with C19 and C20 additions. Plastered cob walls. Thatched hipped roof. End stack with brick shaft. PLAN: 2-room plan, the left-hand room heated from a gable-end fireplace; outshuts on right and at rear added probably in the C19. C20 single-storey extensions on left and at rear right. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 2-window north west front, plus l-window outshut on right. Small 2-light casements with glazing bars; original central doorway now a window and doorway now on right; roof carried down over outshut on right with 6-pane window on front. At rear the outshut has slate lean-to roof.
