Textile warehouse. c1880 and extended c1890, with minor C20 alterations. Dressed stone with ashlar dressings and Welsh slate roofs with 2 stacks. Quoins, rusticated plinth and bracketed eaves. 3 storey. Street front has 4 window facade. Ground floor has 4 round headed plain sashes with moulded impost band and arches with ornate carved keystones. Moulded first floor band. Above 4 plain sashes with moulded continuous impost and hoods. Second floor band. Above again 4 slightly smaller plain sashes with similar continuous impost band and hoods. Right return has 11 window front arranged 7:4, wing to right slightly later addition. Left section has 6 round headed openings with flush keystones and cart entrance to right with C20 sliding door. Above 7 plain sashes, one converted to fire escape door. Above again 7 smaller plain sashes, one converted to fire escape door. Right section has single door and 3 plain sashes, with 4 sashes to both upper floors.
