Cottage. Timberframed building of C16 date, refronted in C18. Right side wall has exposed square frame of large scantling on C18 brick plinth. Front flint with red brick dressings. Left side covered in corrugated iron sheeting. Roof now clad in corrugated iron with off central brick chimneystack. One storey and attics; 2 windows. Dormers to attics. Windows boarded but set within C18 brick surrounds. Left side C18 plank door. Brick stringcourse and end quoins with S-shaped iron brace. Further plank door to right side elevation. Lean-to extension in flint and brick to left side elevation.
