Lodge to `The Grove' (qv). c1840, with C20 alterations.
Yellow-grey gault brick, hipped Welsh slated roof with central
chimneystack with 3 yellow clay pots.
EXTERIOR: single storey. Canted plan with entrance recessed
beneath porch supported on chamfered timber columns. Recessed
16-pane sash window; C20 half-glazed hardwood door.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
