Pair of houses with shops. Early C19. Painted stucco, painted
freestone coping to the parapet and platband, hipped slate
roof with rendered stack to sides. Double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range. C20 central Regency-style
doorcase panelled above with consoles to a cornice. A 6/6-pane
sash window above the door is flanked by curved 1st-floor bays
with curved frames to 10/10-pane sash windows. Wide late C19
shop front with canted bays. That to the left with 3
plate-glass panes and shaped glazing bars, C20 to the right.
INTERIORS: not inspected.
