Lodge to Westbrook (qv), now a house. c1840. Painted stucco, slate roof with rendered stack to the left gable end. 3-bay plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range. The 2 bays to the right and the left return have shallow-pitched gables with fretted bargeboards, finials and pendants (the finial to the front is missing, a painted stone shield is to the apex). The central door with raised and fielded panels and narrow overlight below a 6/6-pane sash window and label mould, is flanked by 2-storey canted bays with hipped slate roofs and plate-glass sash windows. The left-hand bay is above the eaves, that to the right is set in the gable. The right return facing Bitton Park Road is blank.
