House, formerly 2 dwellings. Early C19.
No.70: coursed limestone rubble with C20 tiled mansard roof.
Single-depth plan with rear extension.
2 storeys; 1-window range. Timber lintels to right-hand C20
door, ground-floor horned sash with margin panes, and 2-light
first-floor casement.
No.72: 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. Segmental-arched
brick head to right-hand doorway with C20 door, timber lintel
to a wide ground-floor 12/12 pand sash and 2 mid-C19 first
floor 2-light casements. Small attic window in right-hand
gable.
INTERIORS: not inspected.
Further information: Nos 70 & 72 now in one occupation and
with shared roof.
