House and shop. Probably c1866. Brick with limestone
dressings, right-hand brick party wall stack and pantile roof.
Double-depth plan.
3 storeys; 2-window range. A gabled front with rusticated
quoins and a parapet, right-hand doorway and cyma bracket, and
a plate-glass shop window beneath a relieving arch. Keyed,
cambered brick heads to plate-glass sashes.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
