Pair of houses, now shop and flat. Late C17. Cut and partly
knapped flint with red brick dressings. Pantile roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and dormer attic; 3-window range.
Half-glazed door set left of centre within timber doorcase.
Former door immediately right, now a 2/2 horned sash. Similar
sash right; sash left of doorway with 6/6 unhorned glazing.
Three 6/6 unhorned sashes to first floor. Platband at first
floor. Dentilled eaves cornice. Gabled roof with 3 gabled
dormers fitted with 2-light casements. Internal gable-end
stacks right and left.
INTERIOR: ground-floor south room with chamfered bridging beam
with tongue stops, replaced joists. Blocked inglenook
fireplace. First-floor rooms at front opened into single
space. Roof replaced c1800: principals, 2 tiers taper-tenoned
butt purlins and collars.
