Pair of houses, now one. Early C19; converted 1960.
Colourwashed brick; pantiled roof with central ridge stack.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and basement; 2-window front. Basement in
high plinth and reached by a flight of steps descending to
central glazed door with single C20 2-light casement on each
side. Ground floor with half-glazed C20 door to left of
elevation and three windows to its right. The extreme
right-hand window is fixed, with 9 panes; other two are 3/6
unhorned sashes. All ground-floor openings under segmental
heads. Two 3/6 unhorned sashes to first floor. Dentil eaves
cornice.
