Dovecote at Delbury Hall

Dovecote. Mid C18. Coursed sandstone rubble; plain tile roof
with brick gable-parapets; restored louvred lantern to ridge.
Square on plan.
EXTERIOR: single storey; entrance in north-west gable-end:
6-fielded-panel door in beaded oak frame; louvred opening to
gable; late C19 cross-windows to returned sides; brick
modillion bands to eaves.
INTERIOR: brick nesting holes with platforms; collared truss
with missing raking struts.
Forms a group centred on Delbury Hall (qv).
