Farmhouse. Mid C18. Brick; hipped plain tile roof; stacks to
rear. Central staircase plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range: C20 6/6 sashes in broad
beaded cases under C20 cast lintels with fluted keyblocks;
brick modillion eaves; 3 C20 gabled dormers with 2-light
casements, and moulded pediments and eaves. Central 6-moulded
and fielded-panel door and fanlight under moulded open
pediment hood on attached square piers; flanked by similar
sashes. Right returned side: 6/6 sash over C20 3-light
casement with leaded clerestory lights under segmental arches.
Wing to rear: two 2-light casements in gables with modillion
eaves bands, over C19 3-light casements flanking plank door
with overlight, under simple cambered metal hood on scrolled
brackets.
INTERIOR: open-well staircase with turned balusters; exposed
ceiling beams.
