FALMOUTH

SW8032NE WODEHOUSE TERRACE
843-1/7/225 Nos.17, 18 AND 19

GV II

Three terraced houses. Mid C19. Stucco on rubble; slurried
scantle slate roof; all with projecting eaves and brick end
stacks; all with cast-iron ogee gutters; asbestos slate roofs.
Double-depth plan.
2 storeys; 3:2:2-window range. No.17 (left) with moulded
architraves to 1st-floor windows, pilaster jambs and console
hoods to ground-floor windows; Nos 18 & 19 with moulded hoods
on consoles to ground-floor windows. Original 12-pane hornless
sashes to Nos 17 & 19, each house with glazed box porch on the
left with pilasters and moulded entablature with projecting
cornice, pair of glazed doors and sidelight returns. Nos 18 &
19 have key pattern to pilasters and round-arched lights to
doors and sidelights.
INTERIORS not inspected but No.17 noted as having window
shutters and all likely to be of interest.
