Town house with later shop, now 2 shops. Early-mid C19, remodelled probably 1860s. Stucco on probable rubble; asbestos slate roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Original or 1860s' hornless sashes: 9-pane sashes in square openings over tall 12-pane sashes. Ground floor has unaltered late C19 projecting double shop front with canted 4-light windows with basket-arched lights under squat fascia; moulded and carved round-arched doorway with panelled reveals, left of centre, and C20 shop window at far left. INTERIOR is plain where inspected.
