Shop with accommodation above. Possibly late C18, altered.
Painted render with slate roof. 3 storeys and 2 bays. The
ground floor is occupied by a shop front flanked by fluted
pilasters. At the left is a round-arched yard entry to Leather
Lane. The upper windows are later C20 casements in painted
surrounds with projecting sills. The moulded cornice gutter
has a lead downpipe at the left, with a fluted lead
hopperhead.
