House, now flats. Early C19. Stucco (rusticated to ground
floor); slate roof; brick end stacks. 3 storeys; 5-window
range: 6/6 sashes; 3/6 sashes; moulded cornice to deep
plastered eaves. Central entrance: 6-panel door and enriched
fanlight in round-headed case with moulded stone open-pediment
hood on attached fluted columns; flanked by 6/6 sashes; storey
band overall. INTERIOR not inspected.
