Early C19. Yellow stock brick with stucco cornice and blocking course. Stone band above ground floor, roof not visible. Three storeys and basement. 2, 2 and 3 windows, recessed sashes with glazing bars. Nos.12 and 13 iron balconies first floor. Nos. 12 and 14 panelled doors and fanlights with tracery. No. 14 has later C19 extension.
The iron railings and paved roadway of Wapping Pier Head form a group with Nos 1 to 15 (consec) and No 4½, Town of Ramsgate Public House, Oliver's Wharf and this section of the wall and entrance to London Docks, and four bollards, Wapping Old Stairs, Wapping High Street.
