Shop and offices. c1870, altered late C20. Red brick with
stucco dressings. Roof not visible. Side wall stack.
Italianate style. Quoins with bevelled rustication, sill
bands, deep modillion cornice. 4 storeys; 2 window range.
Ground floor has late C20 shopfront. Above, a bowed shop
window, 3-lights, with pilasters and cornice. Above again, on
each floor, original plain sashes with moulded surrounds.
Textured frieze on second floor.
