Shop, probably originally dwelling. Dated 1717. Stucco over
brick with plain tiled roof.
3 storeys, 3-window range with inserted shop front and 2-pane
sash windows with moulded sills. Blind central window space on
second floor. Second-floor windows have recessed panels over
them in parapet, the central one carrying the date. Angle
quoins. Enriched lead rainwater head to left.
INTERIOR: original dogleg staircase with turned balusters and
panelled string survives. Front first-floor room has
wall-panelling with dado and moulded cornice. Rear room has
corner fireplace and square panelled ceiling beams, possibly
not in situ.
