Town house, now offices. c1800, altered late C20. Red brick,
with painted ashlar dressings. Roof not visible. Ashlar
plinth, modillion wooden eaves cornice, replica lead downpipe.
3 storeys; 3 window range of renewed 12-pane sashes. All the
windows have wedge lintels and keystones. Above, three 9-pane
sashes. Original wooden doorcase with entablature on shaped
brackets, fielded 6-panel door and overlight. On each side, a
12-pane sash.
