Pair of attached houses. Early C19, altered and No.45 built in
mid C19. Squared, coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins
to left end of No.44; slate roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys
and attic; 1:2-window range. Right-hand double-fronted house
has a recessed doorway, left-hand house has a left-hand door.
Ground-floor windows boarded at time of review; paired
mid-late C19 horned 2/2-pane sashes to first floor. INTERIOR
not inspected.
