Pair of attached cottages, now one house. Circa mid C19. Stone rubble with dressed stone window and door frames and quoins. Slate roof with gabled ends. Brick axial stack at centre. PLAN : Pair of attached cottages with integral outshuts on either side.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-window south front. 2-light casements, first floor with glazing bars. Doorways to left and right with plank doors. Integral outshut with lean-to roof on either gable end. At rear [north], windows only in outshuts, small single-light casements.
INTERIOR: C19 joinery intact, including plank doors and winder stairs beside axial stack. The left centre room has iron range in fireplace with simple wooden surround.
