Coach house or garage. Circa 1908; by W Alexander Harvey, for G. H. Archibald; on the Bournville Estate. English bond brick. Gabled clay plain tile roof. PLAN: Square on plan with entrance on north side. Domestic Revival style. EXTERIOR: Single storey and loft. Cross-gabled roof with brick stringcourse and pigeon-holes in gables; the corners are recessed; round arch coach house entrance on north side with chamfered jambs, recessed arch-rings and partly glazed double-doors. On the east and west sides, 3-tight windows with leaded panes and cambered arches. Over the roof there is a timber-framed louvred lantern with a pyramidal tiled roof and wrought-iron weathervane. INTERIOR: Watts and ceiling lined in matchboarding.
