Farmhouse. Mid C19. Pale orange brick with ashlar dressings and slate roofs. Three gable chimney stacks and dentilated brick eaves. Two storey. T-plan. South, main front has two sash windows on the ground floor, these have flush ashlar lintels with incised keystones. Above two similar sashes with similar heads. East front has plain plank doorway to left with plank door under overlight and ashlar lintel, to right a glazing bar sash with similar lintel. Above two similar glazing bar sashes under similar lintels. Beyond, to north a single storey outbuilding or privy with a single window and single doorway with plank door.
