1. 1291A LANGDALES GREAT LANGDALE Wall End Farmhouse with Barns to south-east and north. (Formerly listed as Outbuildings and farm buildings at Wall End to the north of the Farmhouse). NY 20 NE 6/112 12.1.67. NY 20 NE 6/112A NY 20 NE 6/l12B II 2. C17. White-washed over roughcast stone rubble, very thick walls, slate roof, 2 low storeys. Gabled porch with inner slate bench, and another floor. 4 windows on each floor, irregularly spaced, all small-paned, some sashes, some casements. Barn to south-east is probably C16, stone rubble with lean-to canopy on two sides, shippons attached at rear, and with three crucks inside. Barns to north probably Cl7, stone rubble, attached to house in L plan.
